I just want to lose weight the healthy way, regardless of whether the diet is low-carb, low-fat, or whatever.

But school work is always so hectic that I don't time to prepare my own meals, OR that I'm not even in the mood.

*sigh*.

I have read some research articles and found that eating smaller portions of food for 5-6 meals a day is probably the best way to go. I have also realized that whenever I eat, I eat pretty quickly instead of chewing slowly and savoring the food. And I also tend to eat and work/study or check my email at the same time(which is very bad for digestion).

Well, I guess it's all about one step at a time.

First goal, reduce portion size and eat more often!
