  <title>Goals</title>

  <description>I just want to lose weight the healthy way, regardless of whether the diet is low-carb, low-fat, or whatever.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But school work is always so hectic that I don&apos;t time to prepare my own meals, OR that I&apos;m not even in the mood. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*sigh*.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have read some research articles and found that eating smaller portions of food for 5-6 meals a day is probably the best way to go.  I have also realized that whenever I eat, I eat pretty quickly instead of chewing slowly and savoring the food.  And I also tend to eat and work/study or check my email at the same time(which is very bad for digestion). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well, I guess it&apos;s all about one step at a time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First goal, reduce portion size and eat more often!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Woohoo..go me!</description>
